By placing an order with Prints & Promises, you agree to the following terms.

Orders & Personalization: All personalised details (names, notes, uploaded designs) are printed exactly as provided. Please double-check spelling and details before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges: Because items are made to order, custom and personalised items cannot be returned or exchanged, except in cases of damage or defect on arrival.

Pricing: Prices are listed in PKR and may vary by size or customization as shown on the product page at time of order.

Payment: Orders are currently accepted on a cash-on-delivery basis unless otherwise agreed.
